Class Info: All the basics on how the class is run.

Required Materials:
  • Composition Book (college ruled prefered)
  • Pen (Black/ Blue)
  • USB Flash Drive (optional, but highly recommended, 256mb+)
Classroom Procedures:
  1. Come to class on time and prepared to learn.
  2. Follow all directions the first time.
  3. Respect others, yourself, and the classroom.

  • American Identity: What does it mean to be American? Who is American? Has the idea of what it means to be American changed over time?
  • Control:
    • How does the history of America reflect the innate human desire for control?
  • The World Today:
    • How has the past influenced the world as we know it today?
